De-Risk Your AI Investment

The world's first C-Suite Operating System for pragmatically navigating the human & organizational dimensions of AI transformation — available as a subscription platform and as a full end-to-end advisory engagement

The #1 Risk to AI ROI

Seventy percent of AI transformations fail—not because of technology, but because of people.

Without a systematic way to manage workforce adaptation, build trust, and drive culture change, your multi-million dollar AI investments are at significant risk. This is the primary execution challenge facing leadership today.

The Wisdom Tomorrow AI Workforce Engine™

Designed by Ajay Manissery Konchery (CEO, Wisdom Tomorrow; former Fortune 500 CHRO) and Prof. Joon Nak Choi (HKUST; former Stanford Faculty)

Endorsed by the AI for Human Flourishing think tank, hosted by the Harvard Flourishing Program

Proprietary Organizational Assessment

A structured, science-based online assessment that scores your organization's AI workforce integration and adoption maturity across key dimensions—identifying critical gaps and blind spots with precision.

Dynamic Scoring & Macro Reports

Automatically consolidates assessments from multiple leaders across the organization into a single macro report—surfacing collective patterns, divergent views, and priority areas for action.

Actionable Strategic Roadmaps

Workshop Track Only

Assessment findings are translated into a prioritized 90-day, 6-month, and 12-month strategic roadmap — with assigned owners and success metrics — through the facilitated leadership workshop. This is a human-led output, not an automated digital feature.

Available on an annual subscription basis at the enterprise or business unit level

Works best when first deployed in a facilitated leadership workshop—bringing together AI transformation leaders and senior HR leaders to collectively rate and score the organization's AI workforce integration maturity.

Also available as a pure digital subscription for organizations with a sophisticated understanding of human-AI dynamics and workforce integration.

End-to-End Advisory

Wisdom Tomorrow is both the provider of the AI Workforce Engine subscription platform and a full end-to-end advisory partner. Organizations can engage WT at any level — from a self-service digital subscription through to a complete advisory engagement covering diagnosis, facilitated workshops, human capital strategy redesign, and change management implementation.

FACILITATED WORKSHOP

AI Workforce Integration Workshop

A structured leadership working session that uses the Engine's diagnostic as its foundation. Available in three formats — choose the depth that fits your organization's needs and timeline.

  • Half-Day — top-line gap review and directional priorities; ideal for a conference slot or Board offsite
  • 1-Day — focused deep-dive on highest-risk areas with a 90-day action plan
  • 2-Day (Recommended) — full diagnostic across all three transformation stages with a complete 90-day / 6-month / 12-month strategic roadmap, owned by the leadership team before they leave the room
ADVISORY ADD-ON

AI Transformation Consulting

For organizations that want expert advisory support alongside the Engine — from facilitated workshops through to sustained implementation. Delivered by former Fortune 500 CHROs with deep AI transformation experience.

  • Facilitated leadership workshop (half-day, 1-day, or 2-day) using Engine diagnostics as the foundation
  • Strategic roadmap development — translating Engine findings into owned, time-bound action plans
  • 3–6 month follow-up advisory program to support implementation and track maturity score progression
IMPLEMENTATION ADVISORY

HR & People Strategy Consulting

Once the Engine has identified gaps and blind spots, Wisdom Tomorrow can support the full implementation journey — redesigning the human capital strategies and HR processes needed to migrate the organization from its current maturity state to its target future state.

  • Human capital strategy redesign — aligning workforce strategy with the Engine's diagnostic findings
  • Talent management process redesign — rebuilding specific processes (succession, L&D, performance) to close identified gaps
  • Change management — structured support to migrate maturity scores from current to future state through HR process and culture interventions
  • Strategic labour relations & variable pay design — where relevant to AI workforce integration challenges
  • People data & analytics — building the measurement infrastructure to track and sustain maturity score improvements

Common Questions

How long does the assessment take?

The online assessment typically takes 45–60 minutes per leader to complete. In a facilitated workshop setting, the collective scoring and discussion session runs for half a day to a full day, depending on the depth of engagement required.

How many leaders should participate?

The Engine works best with a cross-functional group of 6–15 senior leaders — typically the C-suite, business unit heads, and senior HR leaders directly responsible for AI transformation and workforce strategy. Broader participation enriches the macro report by capturing diverse leadership perspectives.

What does the macro report include?

The macro report consolidates all individual assessments into a single organizational view, showing aggregate maturity scores across each key dimension, areas of leadership consensus, divergent views that signal blind spots or misalignment, and a prioritized list of gaps requiring immediate attention.

Is the facilitated workshop mandatory?

No — the Engine is available as a pure digital subscription. However, the facilitated workshop is strongly recommended as the first deployment. It ensures leadership alignment, surfaces divergent perspectives in real time, and produces a richer, more actionable macro report than independent self-service use.

What is the difference between the subscription and the full advisory engagement?

The digital subscription gives your leadership team access to the proprietary online assessment and macro diagnostic report on an ongoing, self-service basis — suited for organizations with a sophisticated understanding of human-AI dynamics. The full advisory engagement adds facilitated workshops, strategic roadmap development, human capital strategy redesign, and change management support to migrate your maturity score from current to future state. Organizations can start with the subscription and add advisory services at any point.

What is the subscription model?

The AI Workforce Engine is available on an annual subscription basis at the enterprise or business unit level. Pricing varies by organization size and sector (corporate and non-profit rates available). Contact us for a tailored proposal.
